Dollflow Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Dollflow, an appointment-booking application for Shopify merchants. By installing or using Dollflow, you agree to these terms.
Using Dollflow
You are responsible for your account, service information, employee schedules, customer communications, and compliance with laws applicable to your business. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful activity.
Bookings and connected services
Dollflow helps merchants collect booking requests and may synchronize appointments with Google Calendar. Merchants remain responsible for confirming availability, delivering services, handling cancellations, and resolving disputes with their customers. Third-party services, including Shopify and Google, are governed by their own terms.
Customer communications and policies
Merchants are responsible for configuring accurate contact details, cancellation terms, prices, reminder settings, and any no-show charges. Dollflow provides technical controls but does not collect or enforce customer payments unless a separate payment feature is expressly provided.
Privacy
Our processing of personal information is described in the Dollflow Privacy Policy. Merchants must provide their customers with any notices and obtain any consents required for appointment communications, including optional SMS reminders.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued as the product develops.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dollflow is provided “as is.” Dollflow is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, missed appointments, lost revenue, or failures caused by merchants, customers, networks, or third-party services.
Termination
You may stop using Dollflow at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security risks, non-payment, or violation of these terms.
