Agreement and eligibility
These Terms form an agreement between Great Big AB ("Dollflow," "we," or "us") and the business or organization that installs or uses Dollflow (the "Merchant"). By using Dollflow, the Merchant accepts these Terms and our Data Processing Addendum. The person accepting confirms that they can bind the Merchant.
What Dollflow provides
Dollflow provides Shopify tools to create services, publish storefront booking, configure staff and availability, manage appointments, waitlists, recurring visits and memberships, send operational messages, provide customer self-service, and optionally synchronize payment state and Google Calendar.
Features may depend on third-party providers. Dollflow may improve, replace, or discontinue features as the product develops while taking reasonable steps to avoid material disruption.
Merchant responsibilities
The Merchant must maintain accurate services, prices, durations, staff qualifications, working hours, policies, and contact details; deliver services safely and lawfully; give required notices and obtain consent; protect account access; and ensure its staff use Dollflow lawfully.
Dollflow is not a medical-record system. A Merchant offering clinical, IPL, wellness, or similar services must not collect health or other sensitive information unless it has a lawful basis, appropriate safeguards, and has independently determined that Dollflow is suitable.
Bookings and customer relationships
The Merchant—not Dollflow—is the provider of every booked service. It is responsible for suitability, availability, pricing, cancellations, refunds, no-shows, service quality, professional outcomes, and customer disputes.
Availability is calculated from Merchant configuration, appointments, active holds, buffers, and optional connected calendars. Merchants should review unusual bookings and maintain a reasonable fallback process.
Payments and memberships
Dollflow may associate Shopify orders, transactions, refunds, membership credits, or payment status with a booking. Payments are processed by Shopify or the Merchant's provider; Dollflow does not hold customer funds. The Merchant is responsible for prices, taxes, receipts, chargebacks, refunds, consumer rights, and financial records.
Membership records are operational booking controls. The Merchant remains responsible for commercial terms, expiry, entitlement disputes, and refund or cancellation rights.
Communications
Dollflow can send booking, reminder, cancellation, rescheduling, verification, membership, and waitlist messages. The Merchant must use accurate recipients, obtain required consent, honor opt-outs, and avoid marketing through transactional features unless legally permitted. Delivery status is informational; networks may delay or reject messages.
Data and integrations
Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy, DPA, and Retention Policy. Providers are listed on the Subprocessors page. Optional Google access is explained in our Google User Data disclosure.
Connected services have their own terms. The Merchant authorizes Dollflow to exchange information with integrations it enables and is responsible for maintaining those accounts.
Acceptable use
The Merchant must not use Dollflow unlawfully; infringe rights; transmit malicious code or unsolicited messages; bypass access controls; disrupt the service; scrape excessively; resell without permission; or create a competing dataset or service. We may restrict activity that threatens users or service integrity.
Availability and support
We work to keep Dollflow secure and reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, internet failures, third-party outages, or events outside reasonable control may affect service. Support is available at dollflowapp@gmail.com.
Suspension and termination
The Merchant may uninstall Dollflow at any time, subject to separate billing commitments. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, or harm to the service or others. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to cure. Data is then handled under the Retention Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dollflow is provided "as is" without implied warranties. Dollflow does not guarantee attendance, revenue, professional outcomes, or third-party services.
Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Dollflow's total liability will not exceed fees paid or payable for Dollflow during the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
Law, changes, and contact
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are subject to Swedish courts unless mandatory law requires otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest continues.
